What is going on with kid's today?

What is going on with kid's and style lately. On my way home is when school is getting out and half the young men are wearing Capri pants or very tight pants that are tight all the way to the ankles. The T-shirts they wear are 2 sizes to small as well.

At first I thought it was a gay thing but upon further notice I noticed one of these holding hands with a girl and a semi attractive girl none the less. Is this what girls like now?

Maybe I am just getting old but, even if I were in school these days this is one trend I would rebel against.

I guess this is Emo or something but if you ask me it is the most bizarre trend I have ever seen.

Hitler ruined it for everyone

Adolf Hitler's decision to grow a small mustache pretty much took that style of facial hair off the table for everyone. Well everyone that isn't a Neo-Nazi or something.

A while back after not shaving for a few weeks I shaved everything except a a small portion directly under my nose and it resembled a "Hitler Mustache" not being able to grow decent facial hair I used my wife's mascara and filled it in. I then proceeded to go to the store to pick up a few items to put on the grill and some beer to wash it down. You would not believe all the strange looks I got, all because I was sporting a "Hitler Stache" That guy ruined it for everyone. I shaved it off a few hours later but not before a I took a few pics first.

What if Hitler decided on a Goatee or Sideburns instead? Would we see more people with Hitler style Mustaches today? Would every 90's grunge band be clean shaven?

We may never know but, one thing is for sure growing a Hitler Mustache not very cool unless you are deprived of attention.

Why do I need a toothbrush with a 1" handle????

I recently bought a new toothbrush. I usually buy the twin pack of GUM brand but, unfortunately they weren't no longer in stock instead I bought the next similar looking brush.

I get home take it out of the package and attempt to put it in it's home in the toothbrush holder on top the sink next to the faucet. One problem it doesn't fit , the handle is way to wide. It is in there in a sense but, only like the bottom inch and half of the handle before it gets to wide for the holes.

I was at a store since and nearly all the tooth brushes have these ginormous handles on them. Why do we need toothbrushes with such large comfort grip handles for a tool we use 2 mins. in the morning and 2 mins. before bed.

Is this some evil plot conspired by toothbrush maker's and the maker's of tooth brush holders? I replace my tooth brush every couple months, not so much with my holder. I am now in the market for a new tooth brush holder with holes big enough to accommodate the over sized tooth brushes being made these days. My old holder works but , it looks ridiculous with the tooth brush sticking out that far from the holder.

At what point did the maker's of tooth brushes decide the consumer needs such a large handle with more padding than some hammer's I own. The same can be said about disposable razors but , I just through them in a drawer so it isn't as big of an issue.

PT Cruiser's Owners

What is the deal with PT owners and their customized plates. Almost every PT Cruiser I see has them "DEBS PT" , "MEGS PT" and "LTS CRUZ"
to name a few.

Personalized plate for the most part are lame in my opinion unless it is a really clever. The first thing that come to my mind when I see personalized plates is Bill Lumbergh's car from the movie Office Space plates "MY PRSHE". That Character brought Douche baggery to a whole new level. So when I see personalized plate's I automatically think D-bag.

Personalized plates on a sports car I can kinda see because they are expensive and not everyone has the ability to own one. A PT Cruiser is nothing more than a Dodge neon with a different body. A cheap car anyone can afford and is not in any way shape or form a classy car or a car a person should be proud to own like it's an achievement.

What the thought process of the average PT owner is, I will never know. One thing is for certain most of these Odd looking cars are sporting personalized plates.

Tagless Shirts

I was born either 20 years to late or 20 years to early depending on how you look at it.

Even as a kid I hated tags on my shirt and asked my mother to cut hem off for me so they wouldn't itch.

As an an adult I go out of my way to buy shirts that are tagless. Recently I bought a polo for a semi formal interview that was tagless and during the whole interview it felt like I was getting bit by a bug on my side, after the interview I discovered a tag on the side of the shirt.

What part of tagless don't shirt designers understand? a tag is just as annoying tickling your side as it is your neck.

Sooner or later shirt designers will grasp the tue meaning of tagless as in no tags anywhere.

Expensive Ammo

I have been shooting guns since I was about 5 years old. I joined the Marines and got used to shooting quite frequently for free. I got out and bought some guns of my own and quickly learned ammo is not cheap and started reloading, saving me a considerable amount of money.

The past 4 years for I have only went shooting every 6 months or so not the twice a week I had been previously doing. I went to a gun shop recently to buy more Primers and to my surprise they did not have what I needed and the were about 3 times the price they were 4 years ago, I also noticed factory ammo was nearly double or triple the price.

I asked the clerk the reason and he responded with it's Obama's fault. I then went to a few more gun shops and eventually got the primers I needed and asked why the prices were so high and was informed they only went up so much the past year or so and president Obama was also to blame for the shortage and high prices because people are stocking up in case new laws are passed.

So the real reason prices are high is "Fear"

People are afraid they may not be able to buy ammo again and are hoarding factory ammo and the components needed to make it.

Blaming the president is the easy way out, the real reason is right in the mirror.

Most of the laws and crime carried out in this country are the result  of  "Fear"

Let's not let fear hurt our wallets too.
